Seton Hall Second Life session
Cover story or scenario: frame for the SL assignment. Inspired by River City project. Good.
Team building under this cover story.
Focused on more traditional activities--scaffolding--scavenger hunt. Trying to make sure technology doesn't get in the way of doing good work.
Getting class onto accounts an issue: doing more than five at once tends to lock out subsequent account applications due to security issues.
Larry has an interesting thought: the experience is different when you're not together in RL while you're together in the virtual world. Another interesting point: SL is a 3d Myspace--YASN
